Dedicated cloud servers look, behave, and work exactly like dedicated servers. These instances run in a virtualized cloud environment, granting you a guaranteed amount of resources but also allowing for easy expansion and contraction of hardware capacity as your demands change.
All Cloud Servers Include:
- Full root or remote desktop access
- Inherited increased redundancy through RAID 10 architecture
- Dedicated IP allocation
- No long term contracts
- Ability to customize the kernel
- Many operating system choices, including: Windows Server, Fedora, Scientific Linux, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, openSUSE, Red Hat ES, Oracle Linux, Unix, FreeBSD, Oracle Solaris, NetBSD, OpenBSD. Full list available on the checkout page
Dedicated Cloud Server Advantages
- Appear and perform just like dedicated servers
- Receive access to dedicated resources
- Scale capacity easily as performance requirements increase

Do you over-provision?
We do NOT over-provision - your Dedicated Cloud server means you are given a dedicated amounts of storage, memory and CPU. We have advanced monitoring software that will place each of your machines on a physical server that has the most resources available.
Do you offer backups?
While the servers have redundant RAID across many drives to protect you against any failure this is not a substitute for backups. We always suggest that customers signup for or maintain their own backup services. Contact sales to learn more about our managed backup options.
Can I get a more powerful server?
With Dedicated Cloud Servers you can upgrade the RAM or processors by logging into the members area. NOTE: This can not be done live and will require a reboot of the cloud server.
Do you host DNS?
We provide free global Anycast/GeoDNS service to all customers. You can submit a request for the domain(s) to be added via the members area.
Can I get Load Balancing?
We offer Enterprise Load Balancing on CentOS 5 and FreeBSD currently. This provides advanced hardware load balancing and DDOS protection. We also offer direct assistance in providing custom Dedicated Cloud load balancers using our services.
Can I have multiple IP's
Unfortunately no you can not attach multiple IP's to a single Dedicated Cloud server. In most cases multiple IP's are only needed if you have multiple SSL certificates. If you need multiple IP's the best way to accomplish this is divide up your application across multiple Dedicated Cloud servers. A popular alternative is to use a small instance as a load balancer which can terminate your SSL connections.
Do you offer support?
We offer our standard 24x7 Network Operation Center access support plan and you can also add Managed Hosting service plan if you wish to have our administrators install and maintain software packages on your cloud instances.
Do you have a SLA?
We offer a comprehensive Service Level Agreement -
